【Original form】Large tree, 15m or higher. The leaves are large, alternate, often densely packed at the top of branches; the petiole is short and strong, 10-15mm long, and hairy; the leaf blade is obovate, 12-22cm long, 8-15cm wide, obtuse or mucronate at the apex, gradually narrowing below the middle, truncate or narrowly cordate at the base, glabrous on both sides or sparsely covered with soft hairs on the back when young, entire, rarely wavy, the main vein is strong, sunken on the upper side to form a shallow groove, convex on the back, and covered with hairs near the petiole at the base, with 10-12 pairs of lateral veins and dense reticulate veins. The flowering period is from March to June, and the fruiting period is from July to September.
