The efficacy and function of Tuhuoling

Smilax glabra is a Chinese herbal medicine with a strong detoxifying and dehumidifying effect. It is very common in pharmacies and is not expensive, but its efficacy is not bad at all. It can be used to treat gastrointestinal and liver diseases, as well as athlete's foot and other diseases caused by fungi. It is a medicine with high medicinal value. This medicine is generally used more by women and can detoxify the vagina. The following is a detailed introduction to the efficacy and effects of Smilax glabra.

Wild yam is a very common detoxifying and anti-dampness medicinal material with high medicinal value. It can be bought in major pharmacies in my country. The smell is not pungent and it tastes sweet and mild. Common names: Mountain dragon, mountain cow, prickly zhuling, mountain hard hard, Qiliang, ground huling, dog old potato, earth ling, etc.

Wild yam is mainly harvested in summer and autumn. After harvesting, the fibrous roots that have no medicinal value need to be removed, or it can be cut into thin slices while it is still fresh, and then washed, dried and processed before it can be used as medicine. Wild yam is commonly found in the mountains and forests of southern provinces of my country or in shady places such as the slopes of hills.

There are many medicinal effects and functions of Chinese yam, but it is mainly used to treat diseases of the liver, stomach, spleen, etc. Poria can also be used to treat syphilis, athlete's foot, muscle and bone spasms, stranguria, carbuncle, and muscle and bone pain caused by syphilis or mercury poisoning. Wild Smilax glabra is mostly used to treat damp-heat sores, for example, a common disease among women: vulvar itching, including vulvar itching and vaginal itching, accompanied by increased leucorrhea. The causes are, firstly, liver and kidney yin deficiency, insufficient essence and blood, and secondly, damp heat in the liver meridian, which causes leucorrhea to soak the genitals. Among them, the latter is more common. This type of patients will soon feel better if they take soup made from wild yam.

The contraindications of taking wild yam are: First, patients with liver yin deficiency should use wild yam with caution. Secondly, patients with kidney yin deficiency should also take Tu Fuling with caution. Patients with liver and kidney yin deficiency are prone to allergic symptoms to Chinese yam. At the same time, do not drink tea while taking Chinese yam. The two are incompatible and will make the Chinese yam ineffective.
