[Pharmacological action] 1. Anti-inflammatory effect. Subcutaneous injection of 10-80μg/kg or oral administration of 50-100μg/kg of dianconidine in rats or mice can significantly inhibit the increased permeability of abdominal or skin capillaries caused by acetic acid, histamine, etc., and can significantly inhibit the ear swelling of mice caused by xylene, inhibit the plantar edema of rats caused by carrageenan, egg white and formaldehyde, and also have a significant inhibitory effect on the migration of thoracic leukocytes in rats caused by carrageenan and the tissue hyperplasia caused by cotton balls. It still has anti-inflammatory effects after bilateral adrenal removal, but dianconitine cannot prolong the survival time of adrenalectomized rats, nor does it affect the weight of the adrenal glands and adrenal glands, indicating that the anti-inflammatory effect of dianconitine is not related to the pituitary-adrenal cortex system.
