[Source] This product is the dried bulb of Fritillaria cirrhosa D.Don, Fritillaria unibracteata Hsiao et KCHsia, Fritillaria przewalskii Maxim. or Fritillaria delavayi Franch., all of the Liliaceae family . The first three are commonly known as "songbei" and "qingbei" according to their different properties, and the latter is commonly known as "lubei". It is dug up in summer and autumn or when the snow melts, and the fibrous roots, rough bark and mud and sand are removed, and then dried in the sun or at low temperature.

[Properties] Pine shell: Conical or nearly spherical, 0.3-0.8cm high, 0.3-0.9cm in diameter. The surface is off-white.
