Flowers are solitary in the leaf axils at the branch ends, with pedicels 11-13cm long; bracteoles 8, linear, 8-12mm long, 1.5-2mm wide, covered with long soft rough hairs, the hairs are long but not stellate; calyx is campanulate, 5-lobed, with triangular lobes, about 10mm long, about 8mm wide, with acute tips, and covered with stellate short hairs; corolla is nearly bell-shaped, 6-9cm in diameter, petals are nearly round, 4-5cm in diameter, covered with long soft hairs, fused at the base, and bearded. The capsule is spherical, about 2 cm in diameter, and hairy.
