Preparation method: Crush the above medicines, soak them in wine, seal the lid, place in a cool place, shake several times a day, and open the lid after 7 days before drinking. Dosage: 3 times a day, 10-15 ml each time. Cistanche deserticola wine Recipe: 60 grams of Alashan oil Cistanche, 30 grams each of nutmeg and cornus fruit, 10 grams of cinnabar and 1200 grams of white wine. Preparation method: First grind cinnabar into powder and set aside, then coarsely crush the remaining medicines, put them into a gauze bag, place it in a jar, add white wine, then sprinkle the cinnabar powder in, stir well, cover and seal, and place in a cool place. Shake several times a day and it can be opened and consumed after 7 days. Dosage: Take 10-15 ml on an empty stomach, once in the morning and once in the evening.
