Speaking of Fenugreek, I believe many friends know that it is a traditional Chinese medicine that can promote blood circulation, relieve menstruation, and induce labor and lactation. Generally, for women with irregular menstruation and women with postpartum milk retention, especially during childbirth, if pregnant women encounter difficult labor, the use of Fenugreek is not only effective but also has no side effects. However, when it comes to stir-fried Epimedium, many friends said they didn't know. In fact, to put it simply, the so-called fried fenugreek is just a way of brewing fenugreek. Because many female friends now take it as tea in their daily lives, fried fenugreek is just a simple way of brewing it. The specific method is as follows: Take out the herb, pick out the impurities, turn on the medicine frying machine, heat it to 160℃ with high heat, then switch to low heat. Control the temperature within this range, pour the fenugreek into the medicine frying machine, and stop the machine after a few seconds. When you hear a popping sound in the pot, turn on the medicine stir-frying machine for a few seconds, and then stop for a while. Repeat the operation until the popping sound in the pot basically disappears, then you can remove from the pot immediately. Since the seed coat of Fenugreek is hard and thick, the effective ingredients are difficult to extract unless they are fried until they open. Therefore, the flowers must be fried before preparation. The general preparation method of Fenugreek is stir-frying: that is, take clean Fenugreek, put it in a stir-frying container, heat it over medium heat, stir-fry until most of it turns into white flowers, then take it out and let it cool. The frying temperature is not easy to control when using this method. If the temperature is too low, it is easy to fry into "hard" (that is, no bloom), and if the temperature is too high, it is easy to burn (that is, the color becomes gray and burnt and there are few blooms). If you fry a little more each time, the heating will be uneven and the popping rate will be very low. During the frying process, those that have burst into flower must be removed from the pan in time, otherwise they will easily burn and turn black. Generally, the flowering rate is around 90%, the opening rate is only around 75%, and the appearance is not good. In addition to stir-frying Fenugreek, there are other ways to brew Fenugreek, which I will not introduce to you here. Although Fenugreek has many benefits for women, it must be avoided by pregnant women, as it will directly lead to miscarriage. It is also not suitable for those who lose too much blood during childbirth. |
