4. Jiawei Xiaoyao Pills: soothe the liver, clear away heat, strengthen the stomach and nourish the blood. Used for distension and pain in the ribs, fatigue, loss of appetite, and early menstruation. Be careful to avoid eating raw, cold and greasy food, and avoid getting angry or overworked.

5: Wu Ji Bai Feng Wan replenishes Qi and blood, regulates menstruation and stops leucorrhea. It is used for deficiency of qi and blood, irregular menstruation, soreness of waist and legs, and excessive leucorrhea. Some women don't like the taste of traditional Chinese medicine, so they can use a dysmenorrhea pain relief device to relieve dysmenorrhea. The dysmenorrhea pain relief device will not have any side effects during use.

If the heavy menstrual flow is caused by blood stasis and blood not returning to the menstrual period, taking the above-mentioned Chinese medicine can have the effect of promoting blood circulation, removing blood stasis, regulating menstruation and stopping bleeding. As long as the medicine is symptomatic, it can be taken during menstruation. During the period of taking the medicine, avoid spicy and fried food, avoid eating too raw, cold and cool food, and pay attention to rest.
