4. Do not eat at inappropriate times. Many people are accustomed to taking maca as soon as they wake up in the morning, but this habit is actually not scientific. People are in a hungry state when they sleep. In order to conserve energy, the glands rarely secrete hormones in the morning. Therefore, maca taken in the morning is not easily absorbed. The best time to take maca is after lunch or dinner, especially at 9 pm when the human body's hormone secretion is most active. Therefore, after dinner is the best time to take maca.

How to drink maca powder soaked in water: put the purchased Inca Maca in a cup. Because maca sheets are processed by machines and exposed to the air for a long time, there may be dust or other impurities. You can add a little boiling water (the water can cover the maca sheets), and then add boiling water to brew, about 10g each time, and it can be brewed 3-4 times. Finally, the maca sheets can be eaten directly after running, without wasting any nutrients! Tip: The smell of maca tablets after soaking in water is a bit pungent, but tastes good. If you don't like this taste, you can add a little sugar or other ingredients.

How to drink maca powder soaked in wine; the traditional Chinese culture of soaking wine has a history of thousands of years. Soaking precious Chinese herbs in strong wine has a very good effect. The same goes for maca pieces. You can use 60° sorghum wine, the ratio is about 150, you can also add wolfberry and ginseng, and then seal it. Stir it once every 10 days or so, and store it for about 40 days before drinking. The wine will be more mellow and more nutritious! This method is pretty good.
