Chronic gastritis Astragalus

Chronic gastritis is a relatively common chronic disease and it is also a disease that can cause great pain to patients. Since it is a stomach disease, and the stomach is a relatively important digestive organ, patients with chronic gastritis should pay attention to their diet. 1. White pepper pork belly soup

Select 15 grams of white pepper and crush it slightly; wash 1 fresh pork stomach. Put white pepper into the cleaned pig stomach, add 20 ml of water, and then tie the upper and lower ends of the pig stomach with thread. Simmer for 1 hour, season and take in portions.

2. Adenophora and Polygonatum odoratum Decoction

Choose 12 grams of Northern Adenophora, 9 grams of Polygonatum odoratum, 10 grams of Chinese yam, 10 grams of wolfberry, and 150 grams of wild duck meat, and cut into pieces. Put the above five ingredients in a casserole, cook the soup, and drink it in several portions.

3. Dendrobium and Polygonatum odoratum porridge

Choose 100 grams of rice, 12 grams of Dendrobium, 9 grams of Polygonatum, and 5 dates (pitted). First put Dendrobium and Polygonatum odoratum into a casserole and boil 600 ml of water. Then remove the residue, add jujube and rice and cook porridge over low heat for consumption.

4. Kumquat and Pork Tripe Soup

30 grams of kumquat root, washed and chopped; 1 fresh pork tripe, washed and chopped, put both in a casserole, add 1000 ml of water and boil the soup until it is about 350 ml, season, drink the soup and eat the pork tripe.

5. Ginseng Rice Porridge

Select 25 grams of Codonopsis pilosula, wash and chop. Wash 50 grams of rice and fry it in an iron pan until it turns yellow. Then put the two ingredients together with 1000 ml of water into a casserole, cook until the volume is about 350 ml, and eat in portions.

6. Tofu and fish soup

500 grams of red beans, 15 grams of rose flowers, and 1 fresh carp (about 500-600 grams). First, kill the carp and remove the internal organs, set aside. Then, wash the red beans and rose flowers, put the three ingredients in a clay pot, add appropriate amount of water and cook until they are soft, remove the rose flowers, season, and eat in batches.

7. Ginger Lamb Porridge

Select 250 grams of fresh lean mutton and cut it into thin pieces; wash 100 grams of rice; peel 15 grams of ginger and cut it into shredded ginger. First, add mutton and water into a casserole and cook until it is soft. Then add rice and cook it into porridge over medium heat. When it is done, add shredded ginger and continue cooking for a while. It can be eaten in portions.
