The role and efficacy of rock ginger

Although the name of Rock Ginger contains the word "ginger", it has nothing to do with ginger. Rock Ginger is a traditional Chinese medicinal material, which is mainly used to treat deafness, tinnitus, kidney deficiency, low back pain, loose teeth, and tendon and bone fractures, etc. It has a relatively good effect. Rock ginger is also called meat-breaking ginger, cliff ginger or climbing cliff ginger. Rock ginger tastes relatively bitter and is a relatively mild Chinese medicinal material.
