Ingredients: 15g angelica, 30g astragalus, 15g red dates, and appropriate amount of brown sugar.

Method: 1. Prepare all the ingredients. 2. Wash the red dates and remove the core. 3. Soak the Astragalus in clean water and wash it clean. 4. Wash and slice the angelica and set aside. 5.
