Soaking your feet in mugwort leaves can clear the fallopian tubes

I believe many people have heard of mugwort, but many people may not have seen it, and their understanding of it is only vague. In fact, mugwort has many care benefits for the human body. It is a green health-preserving plant with excellent health-preserving effects. For example, soaking feet with mugwort has the effect of calming the nerves and aiding sleep, warming the meridians and stopping bleeding, dispelling cold and relieving pain, and so on. Nowadays, some people have heard that soaking feet in mugwort is good for unclogging fallopian tubes. Is that true?

Effects of mugwort:

Mugwort tastes pungent and bitter, and is warm in nature; it enters the spleen, liver, and kidney meridians; it is aromatic, warm, and dispersing, and can rise or fall; it has the effects of warming the meridians and stopping bleeding, dispersing cold and relieving pain, reducing dampness and killing insects; it is mainly used to treat irregular menstruation, dysmenorrhea, uterine cold and infertility, fetal movement disorder, cold pain in the heart and abdomen, vomiting blood, epistaxis, hemoptysis, bloody stool, metrorrhagia, bleeding during pregnancy, diarrhea and chronic dysentery, leucorrhea, eczema, scabies, carbuncles, and hemorrhoids. Moxibustion can cure all diseases.

The effects and functions of mugwort: regulating qi and blood, expelling cold and dampness; warming the meridians, stopping bleeding, and calming the fetus. It is used to treat cold pain in the heart and abdomen, diarrhea, convulsions, chronic dysentery, vomiting and epistaxis, bleeding, irregular menstruation, metrorrhagia, leucorrhea, fetal movement disorder, carbuncle, and scabies.

Soaking your feet in safflower and mugwort leaves can unclog the fallopian tubes, but of course it will not be very effective. The medicine you mentioned does have the effect of promoting blood circulation, removing blood stasis and dredging meridians, but it will not have much effect through foot conditioning, because fallopian tube blockage itself is not easy to treat, even with targeted medication, it may not have a good effect, not to mention your treatment method. Generally, minor blockages can be treated with hydrotherapy, while severe adhesion blockages, etc., can be treated with minimally invasive surgery or direct resection. Pay attention to keeping your abdomen warm and avoid getting cold. Do not eat spicy, raw or cold foods.

Mugwort can dispel cold, remove dampness, and dredge meridians. Because modern people generally suffer from cold and dampness, mugwort has become an indispensable helper in treating diseases. I like to use 8-10 moxa leaves to tie them into a row and fumigate the back, lower abdomen, calves, and arms. It can quickly dispel cold and dampness. I also like to soak my feet in moxa water, which can effectively dispel virtual fire and cold fire. It can treat oral ulcers, sore throat, periodontitis, gingivitis, otitis media, and other recurrent diseases of the head and face that are related to virtual fire and cold fire. Whenever the above diseases occur, take a handful of moxa leaves and boil water to soak your feet, or take a quarter of the moxa sticks made of pure moxa leaves, tear them into pieces and put them in a foot bath bucket, brew them with boiling water for a while, and then soak your feet in some warm water after the moxa leaves are soaked. Soak until your whole body sweats slightly, but not profusely, and then drink more warm water. Generally, soak your feet several times, that is, after 2-3 days. At the same time, drink more warm boiled water, do not eat cold food, and pay attention to rest. The discomforts in the head, face, and throat caused by virtual fire and cold fire will be significantly improved or disappear.

For patients with severe cold and dampness in the body, it is okay to soak your feet in mugwort water once a week, but you must stop eating cold food while soaking your feet in the mugwort water. You can also drink a cup of ginger and red dates water while soaking your feet in the mugwort water, which can remove the cold without causing gas. Some people are very weak and cannot be nourished. If they eat some nourishing foods, they will have toothache, mouth ulcers, etc. You can wait until you get a sore throat and then soak your feet in moxa water. When you don’t have a sore throat, continue with the nourishing foods and soak your feet in warm water every day. If you still have to, stop eating all cold foods and don’t let cold and dampness invade. Slowly you will find that it is not easy to get a sore throat when you eat nourishing foods, and your physical condition will slowly improve. It remains the same in the future. As long as you are not obviously suffering from heatiness, just soak your feet in warm water every day. Do not use moxa water to soak your feet.
