Method 7: Schisandra porridge, simmer rice and schisandra chinensis together. Schisandra chinensis can nourish the liver and strengthen the kidneys, rice has the function of protecting the liver and stomach, and eating it after drinking can reduce the damage caused by a large amount of alcohol to the liver.

Method 8: Boil 100 grams of Schisandra chinensis in water and drink it as tea frequently, 1 dose per day.
