Blood pressure reduction In animal experiments, injection of total inorganic salts from a decoction of Prunella Vulgaris caused a drop in blood pressure in rabbits. Clinical observations show that Prunella Vulgaris can lower blood pressure and alleviate accompanying symptoms in patients with hypertension. 6.
