1. Side effects of ligustrazine

3. Dosage and Usage of Ligustrazine

Ligustrazine can be taken orally, the dosage is generally two tablets each time, three times a day, with a course of treatment of one month. Ligustrazine can also be used for intramuscular injection, usually 50-100 mg at a time, 1-2 times a day, with 15 days as a course of treatment. The injection method can also be acupuncture point injection. Generally, 3-4 acupuncture points are selected, and 12.5-25 mg of ligustrazine phosphate or 10-20 mg of ligustrazine hydrochloride are injected into each acupoint, once every other day, and one month is a course of treatment. Finally, there is the method of intravenous drip, which is generally 100 mg of ligustrazine hypophosphite or 40-80 mg of ligustrazine hydrochloride, diluted with 250-500 ml of 5% glucose solution and then dripped once a day, for 10 to 15 days as a course of treatment.
