How to take maca tablets

The most common way to take maca tablets is to take them directly, because many medicines now contain maca tablets, and it is more convenient and simple to take them with water. Of course, you can also add maca slices when stewing chicken, duck, or beef. It will be easier to absorb the health benefits if you drink the soup. Maca tablets can also be soaked in water and drunk, or ground into powder and used to make some pastries for consumption. These methods of use can help balance the body's endocrine system, nourish the kidneys and strengthen yang, and can also relieve neurasthenia.

Method 1: Directly take professional maca products such as maca slices and maca capsules. This is currently the most convenient way to use maca. Generally, it should be taken at meal times every day, that is, three times a day, morning, noon and evening, with warm water on an empty stomach before meals. Taking Youxian Shangxuan’s Maca as an example, you can take it 3 times a day, 1-2 tablets each time.

Method 2: When stewing chicken, duck, meat, ribs, soup, etc., add 10g of maca slices/2000ml soup 30 minutes before stopping the fire, and drink 50ml/day;

Method 3: Soak Maca slices and liquor at a weight (g): volume (ml) ratio of 1:20 in 42-56% liquor for 2 weeks, and drink 25ml/day; the soaked Maca slices can be consumed as in Method 1.

Method 4: Slice 2-4 grams (2-3 slices) of maca and add boiling water (about 300-500 ml in a thermos cup each time) and soak for 20 minutes. After soaking 4 times, the maca slices can be eaten directly.

Method 5: The health consultant of Youxian Shangxuan will teach you another way to make maca millet porridge. Cut the lean pork into shreds and cook it with yam, jujube and millet. Add maca slices 25 minutes before the porridge is cooked.

Method 6: 30g of dried maca slices and 10 red dates. Remove the pits from the red dates and wash them for later use. Put the pot on the fire, add appropriate amount of water, boil it over high heat, add red dates and maca slices, cover the pot and cook for 30 minutes;

Method 7: Slice the maca and put it into the pot along with the seasonings. Cook it slowly over low heat so that the nutrients in the maca will diffuse into the soup at the bottom of the pot. Generally speaking, a whole slice of maca can be added for 2-3 people.
