1. Make tea: Mugwort leaves can be used to make tea. Add an appropriate amount of leaves, clean them, put them in a cup, and pour in boiling water. It can not only disinfect and sterilize, but also increase immunity and has the effect of regulating menstruation for women.

2. Dosage: There are various ways to eat mugwort leaves. Its young leaves and seedlings can be used as vegetables, and can also be added to soups or porridge, or made into juice to make pastries, such as mugwort balls and glutinous rice cakes.

3. Fire moxibustion: a common external application method of mugwort leaves. After drying and mashing it, it is made into moxibustion patches, which are then ignited and placed on the acupuncture points for fumigation. Fire moxibustion on different acupoints can treat different symptoms, and the effect is better when combined with acupuncture.

4. Bathing: Mugwort leaves can also be used for bathing. Put it in the bathtub and soak it in boiling water for about 10 minutes. Then take it out and add warm water to make sure the temperature is suitable, then you can take a bath.
