Grind the above ingredients into powder, mix with honey and make into pills as big as millet grains. Take 15 pills after each meal, no matter morning or evening, with food. Avoid mutton, blood, maltose, peaches and plums.

To cure forgetfulness: 4 fen each of Polygala tenuifolia and ginseng, 2 liang of Poria cocos, and 1 liang of Acorus calamus. For treating wind-cold arthralgia and body pain: 4 liang each of calamus (filed), raw rehmannia (remove the soil and cut), wolfberry root (remove the core), 2 liang of aconite (split, remove the skin and navel, file), 4 liang of raw smilax china root (remove the soil and cut), and 8 liang of ginger (cut into thin slices). Soak the above six ingredients in 3 liters of clear wine overnight, dry them quickly, put them back into the wine until all the wine is gone, dry them quickly, and pound and sieve them into fine powder.
