2. Make soup

(1) Take fresh Dendrobium officinale, wash it, and remove some old roots.

(3) Fry over low heat for 30 minutes.

(4) Then add 1-2 grams of Korean ginseng and cook for another 30 minutes.

3. Make tea

(1) Take the Dendrobium officinale bought from the pharmacy and wash it to remove the residue.

(2) Slice or break into particles.

(3) After boiling water above 90 degrees.

(4) It can be eaten after 4-5 minutes.

(5) It can be reconstituted repeatedly and taken with the residue.

4. Boil ingredients for plaster

(1) Wash the Dendrobium officinale to remove the residue.

(2) Chop or smash.

(3) Add water to make it harder to boil (other Chinese herbal medicines can be added), the water ratio is 3:1, that is, 3 bowls of water to boil one bowl of water 4) Fry it twice in a row, discard the residue and extract it with low heat, then add old rock sugar and boil it again until it becomes a paste.

5. Soak in honey wine

(4) Add a small amount of cooking wine (two small spoons) and half a slice of ginger. No other seasoning is needed.

(5) Simmer over low heat for 2-3 hours (check if a wooden chopstick can be easily inserted into the meat).

(6) Add salt, sugar, etc. according to your own taste, and take it with the residue (according to traditional Chinese medicine, it is generally not recommended to add other substances, especially sugar, which will affect the absorption of the medicine).

(7) After simmering the Dendrobium officinale over low heat, reserve the juice and add other ingredients to make porridge, soup, etc.

Effects and functions of Dendrobium

1. Eat it raw directly. Effects: Strengthen yin and kidney, invigorate spleen and stomach.

2. Make soup, effect: nourish yin and blood, clear away heat and detoxify.

3. Boil tea. Effects: Strengthen the spleen and stomach, stimulate appetite, reduce internal heat and promote qi circulation, and has obvious effects on chronic pharyngitis.
