4. Cerebral hemorrhage and stroke: Take 20 grams each of female pine needles, palm and soybeans, boil them and drink them. It is better if you sweat on your forehead. If you have difficulty swallowing, you can cut the leaves of female pine into small pieces, add wine and boil them for drinking. It is recommended to use wine with an alcohol content of more than 30 degrees. Take the right amount each time. If you want to prevent stroke, you can chew pine needles every day.

5. Arteriosclerosis: Take 50 pine needles every day, wash them with water, put them in your mouth and chew them, or boil the pine needles into a thick soup and drink it. You can drink 1 to 2 small cups of pine needle wine before and after each meal.

6. To prevent cerebral infarction, boil pine needles, palm leaves and soybeans together and drink them, or chew pine needles. Drinking some pine needle juice every day can purify the blood and prevent cerebral infarction. Drinking pine needle wine has the same effect.

7. Asthma: For allergic asthma, take shade-dried female pine needles and decoct 20 grams daily. You can also roast the new pine needle sprouts, grind them into powder, and apply it to your mouth and throat. For bronchial asthma, you can boil fresh or dried pine needles and drink them as tea.

8. Oral evil caused by stroke (oblique): Mash 500 grams of young pine leaves into juice, soak it in 1000 ml of wine for two days, then heat it by the fire for 8-12 hours. Take 5 ml at first and gradually increase to 10 ml with each meal.
