5. Chrysanthemum and hawthorn tea:

10 grams of chrysanthemum, 10 grams of tea, and 30 grams of hawthorn. Put the three ingredients in a teapot and brew with boiling water. Take 1 dose daily and drink it instead of tea. It has the functions of clearing the liver and lowering blood pressure, reducing lipids and removing blood stasis. It is suitable for patients with hypertension, coronary heart disease and hyperlipidemia.

6. Erzi Tea:

50 grams of cassia seeds, 15 grams of wolfberry, and 50 grams of crystal sugar. Slightly stir-fry Cassia seeds until fragrant, then mash them. Put them in a teapot together with wolfberry and rock sugar. Pour in an appropriate amount of boiling water. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Drink frequently instead of tea, 1 dose per day. It is beneficial to the liver and kidneys, improves eyesight and promotes bowel movements. It is suitable for treating symptoms such as dizziness, blurred vision, dry eyes, and hard stools caused by high blood pressure.
