Winter tourism in Heilongjiang is now very popular. Many "little golden beans" in the south are worried about the cold weather in the north. Ordinary down jackets can hardly withstand the low temperature of minus 30 degrees Celsius.

In response to this situation, the Harbin Institute of Technology student scientific and technological innovation team Yunjing Technology held the 2024-2025 Ice and Snow Season Intelligent Temperature Control Product New Product Launch Conference, showcasing 11 smart clothing and smart wearable products.

The intelligent temperature-controlled long cotton jacket independently developed by Yunjing Technology, with its 2-second quick heating function, has attracted enthusiastic attention from tourists and favor from consumers.

Zhou Yang, head of Yunjing Technology and a 2024 doctoral student at the School of Electrical Engineering and Automation of Harbin Institute of Technology, said, "We hope to use the new smart temperature-controlled clothing and smart wearable devices developed independently to help Heilongjiang solve the industry pain points of tourists being afraid to come in winter due to fear of the cold and having a poor experience in enjoying ice and snow."

Harbin Institute of Technology provides technical support for the construction and operation of venues for the 9th Asian Winter Games in 2025.

In order to support the Asian Winter Games, Harbin Institute of Technology's School of Architecture and Design, School of Civil Engineering, School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, School of Astronautics, School of Materials Science and Engineering, School of Energy and School of Chemical Engineering have developed the latest results and put forward more design ideas in their respective fields.

Including: ice and snow digital creative design integration, high-performance ice and snow landscape architectural design, barrier-free facilities and environment, cultural and creative product design, reinforced ice and snow building structure system, intelligent assembly of ski resorts technology, venue safety monitoring, event safety assurance, movable and efficient heating equipment, 3D printing of ice and snow sculptures, thermal melting of road surface and snow removal, etc.
