Do you have the habit of "washing your butt"? Don't be shy, it's a good habit...

We wash our faces every day, and most people soak their feet at night, but how many of us wash our butts?

As we all know, our anus is not smooth, but has many wrinkles. These wrinkles are actually very easy to hide dirt - unwiped poop, secretions, sweat, etc., all like to hide here.

What I want to say is that washing the butt here includes washing the genitals! Anyway, you have to wash them, so you can do these two things together.

As I just said, the chrysanthemum area is easy to hide dirt and grime. Cleaning it can avoid many embarrassment and harm, such as:

1. Hemorrhoids: If the dirt near the anus is not cleaned up, it is easy to irritate the anal canal (a little inside the anus), causing congestion, dilation, and reflux obstruction of the perianal veins... Over a long period of time, it is easy to form

hemorrhoid

2. Perianal itching: Long-term erosion and irritation of the anus area by feces and secretions can easily cause perianal itching.

3. Anal eczema: Office workers often sit for long periods of time, and feces are stored near the anus for a long time, and it is in a damp and airtight state for a long time, which often induces anal eczema, causing itching, exudation, and ulceration.

4. Anal fistula: Long-term contact of chrysanthemum with bacterial inflammatory secretions can cause anal sinusitis and anal gland infection, which will further spread from the inside to the outside, causing bacterial infection in the space around the anus and eventually causing perianal abscess. In severe cases, it can quickly penetrate the skin or the anal canal or rectum to form an anal fistula.

In addition, cleaning your genitals when washing your butt is also a responsibility to yourself and your sexual partner.

The male genitals are prone to accumulate dirt and form smegma due to their structural characteristics. If you don't pay attention to cleaning, it is easy to cause balanitis, urethritis, eczema, etc. And it is easy for your partner to get gynecological diseases such as vaginitis after sex. (Usually, most girls have the habit of washing their buttocks. Due to their physiological structure, if they are not cleaned properly, the urethra, vagina, and anus are prone to infection and cause diseases.)

2. How to wash your butt correctly?

1. Use a special pot

Because the skin near the anus is very tender and easily infected by bacteria, patients must use a dedicated basin for cleaning the anus. Do not share a basin with others, and do not use the basin for cleaning the anus to wash your feet, as it is easy to cause cross infection.

2. Wash with normal warm water

It is not recommended to use soap, shower gel and other products to clean the buttocks. These products will irritate the skin of the anus and affect the balance of the perianal environment. It is recommended to use ordinary warm water at 37-40℃ for cleaning.

3. Clean once a day

Generally speaking, it is sufficient to clean it once a day. Although the anus is relatively "dirty", it is not necessary to clean it several times a day. Excessive cleaning will change the normal physiological state of the local area and disrupt the normal secretion function of the anal canal. Too much retrograde stimulation will cause the anal canal and the end of the rectum to be in a state of congestion, which will make it easier to suffer from anorectal diseases in the long run.

If conditions permit, you can wipe your butt with wet toilet paper after each bowel movement, which will be cleaner.

4. Shower

Showering is more hygienic and cleaner. It is recommended to use a shower head because the running water is cleaner and more hygienic.
