It is predicted that from 08:00 on July 28 to 08:00 on July 29, heavy rain to torrential rain will occur in parts of Hunan, western Hubei, northeastern Guizhou, southeastern Chongqing, central and southern Guangdong, northeastern Guangxi, northern Shandong, central and eastern Liaoning, and central and eastern Jilin. Among them, there will be extremely heavy rain (250-270 mm) in some areas of central Hunan and other places; the maximum hourly rainfall in the above-mentioned areas will be 30-50 mm, and may exceed 80 mm in some areas.
