On May 22, the Shenzhou 16 manned spacecraft and the Long March 2F Yao 16 carrier rocket were transported to the launch site. Currently, the launch site facilities and equipment are in good condition, and various pre-launch function inspections and joint tests will be carried out in the future. According to the basic information of the 2023 manned space mission announced on the official website of China Manned Space Agency, by then, the six astronauts from the Shenzhou-15 and Shenzhou-16 crews will meet at the space station. This will also be the second in-orbit handover of two crews at the Chinese space station.
