Tea Science | Why do young people love drinking tea?

Oh my God, is there any way out for young people who don’t drink enough water?

Of course, you can drink tea!

When it comes to drinking tea, do you think of it as "too bitter", "troublesome" or "weird taste"? Drinking tea is no longer the old-fashioned drink you remember.

Today we have invited Mr. Liu Zhengquan, a master's supervisor in tea tree biology and resource utilization and an expert in tea deep processing, to take you to see with your own eyes how powerful tea has become.

There is also some very preliminary research suggesting that tea may be beneficial to the body, such as:

Tea polyphenols contained in tea can effectively improve the condition of Alzheimer's disease, which has been confirmed in in vitro and animal experiments.

In addition, tea polyphenols and tea pigments have strong antioxidant effects. Most scholars believe that this is one of the main mechanisms for preventing cancer.

Drinking tea can also prevent cardiovascular diseases, which may be related to its antioxidant effect that can interrupt or prevent lipid peroxidation and scavenge superoxide free radicals and hydroxyl free radicals.
