When we are in an environment that exceeds the hearing protection standard for a long time, that is, greater than 80 to 90 decibels, our hearing fatigue will be difficult to recover, and continued accumulation will cause irreversible physiological changes.

Noise not only affects the auditory organs, but also "affects" the visual organs through the nervous system, causing people's vision to weaken or cause eye pain, dizziness, etc. Studies have shown that noise can cause abnormalities in color vision and color field of view.

In addition, long-term exposure to noise can cause high blood pressure, lead to heart disease, and cause the cerebral cortex to lose balance in the process of excitement and inhibition, leading to symptoms such as palpitations, insomnia, general weakness, headache, nausea, and neurasthenia.

Can’t escape? Protect your ears with a balanced diet.

The most annoying thing about noise is that even though we know so many reasons, we often have to endure it and it is difficult to simply avoid or escape it because noisy environments are everywhere in modern life.

So can we eat it?

The answer is yes. Eat more and know how to eat, and your ears will be better.

For example, foods rich in vitamin A, such as animal liver and fish, can enhance the activity of ear cells.

Eating more iron-rich foods can reduce anemia symptoms, fatigue, and slow down hearing loss. Common dishes such as eggs and broccoli are good choices.

At the same time, we must also ensure the supplementation of vitamin D and calcium foods, which can protect the bones in the ear tympanic cavity, prevent osteoclerosis, purify the ear artery, and improve ear function. Common ones include seafood, beans, etc.

In short, we must learn to identify and "see" real noise so that we can reasonably avoid and protect multiple organs in the body.

On the other hand, through a proper diet and a good attitude, you can also remain energetic and vibrant even in a sound environment with a certain impact.
