JD Group Financial Report: JD’s revenue will reach 1,084.7 billion yuan in 2023, a year-on-year increase of 3.7%

Recently, JD.com Group announced its fourth quarter and full-year results for 2023.

The financial report shows that in 2023, JD.com's annual revenue will reach 1,084.7 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 3.7%. The full-year Non-GAAP net profit will be 35.2 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 24.7%.

In 2023, JD Group's total human resources expenditure (including its own employees and external personnel) will be 104.7 billion yuan , continuing to promote high-quality employment.

By the end of 2023, JD.com Group has created nearly 620,000 jobs for the society.

JD.com said that the average annual salary of more than 20,000 JD.com customer service employees increased by more than 30%; nearly 100 JD.com couriers have earned more than one million yuan in three years; and the subsidies for front-line employees of the "I Spend the New Year at JD.com" program exceeded 500 million yuan.

Starting from January 1, 2024, JD.com Group will continue to increase its investment in front-line business personnel, and the annual fixed salary of JD.com procurement and sales will increase by nearly 100%.

JD.com previously stated that over the past 20 years, JD.com has always adhered to the principle of "people first, then company" and has invested a total of nearly 50 billion yuan to establish a multi-dimensional welfare care and talent development mechanism, so that every JD.com employee can have a work and life with dignity, happiness and a sense of accomplishment.
