About the Industrial Land Market:

In May, the overall activity of the primary industrial land market in key cities across the country increased significantly compared with the previous month. The total land transaction volume was about 16,000 mu, a month-on-month increase of 32%, and the total transaction price was 10.5 billion yuan, a month-on-month increase of 88%.

Among the first-tier cities, the number of acres of first-hand industrial land transactions in Guangzhou nearly doubled this month, reaching 1,622 acres; the number of acres of transactions in Beijing, Shanghai, and Shenzhen decreased significantly month-on-month, which were 75% (166 acres), 40% (331 acres), and 4% (98 acres) of the previous month, respectively.

The top five cities in terms of average transaction price per mu of industrial land in China are Shanghai (2.04 million yuan), Shenzhen (1.42 million yuan), Beijing (0.96 million yuan), Ningbo (0.77 million yuan) and Hangzhou (0.52 million yuan).

About the asset trading market:

In May, there were four transactions in the national asset trading market, which were concentrated in Qingdao, Zhoushan, Suzhou and Hangzhou in the East China region (second-hand logistics land).

All asset transactions this month were domestically funded; all completed projects were logistics assets

The overall transaction area of ​​the asset trading market was similar to that of last month, about 130,000 square meters (excluding the land area of ​​Hangzhou projects), and the total transaction amount decreased by 52% month-on-month, about RMB 680 million.
