[Source] It is the bark of the hemp tree of the Urticaceae family. Available all year round. Slice and dry.

[Original form] A tree with grayish white bark, 5 to 10 meters tall. The leaves are papery, alternate, broadly ovate, heart-shaped at the base, 10 to 20 cm long and 8 to 10 cm wide; the petioles are slightly purple-red. Inflorescence axillary, green. The fruit is oblate and purple-black. The branches, leaves and inflorescences all have small prickles. It is poisonous and its stings can cause swelling and pain when they touch the skin.

[Habitat distribution] Grown beside bamboo forests or in woods on mountains. Distributed in Yunnan and other places.
