The inflorescence is terminal, with leaf-like bracts outside the inflorescence, and the peduncle is 5 to 20 cm high; the flowers are light yellow-green or light yellow, about 2 mm in diameter; the perianth is simple, the calyx tube is cup-shaped, 4-lobed, the lobes are oval, the apex is obtuse, and the inner side is concave; there are 4 stamens, opposite to the sepals, shorter than the calyx; the pistil has 2 carpels, the style is extremely short, and the ovary is fused to the calyx tube. The capsule is deeply split into two lobes, obliquely split into two beaks, of varying sizes, with a hooked tip at the tip. There are many seeds, which are oval in shape and brown in color. Flowering period is from March to April. The fruiting period is from May to June.
