[Original morphology] Woody vine, branch diameter 4mm, internode length 4-14cm, diameter about 2mm, with tubercle-like protrusions. Leaves are opposite or arranged in whorls of 3 leaves; petiole is about 1 cm long; leaves are papery, elliptical to oblong-elliptical, 9-11 cm long and 3-4 cm wide (the largest is up to 12 cm long and 4.2 cm wide); midrib is slightly concave on the leaf surface and convex on the back, with numerous lateral veins. The inflorescence is umbrella-shaped, 1-4 terminal or axillary, 2-6.7cm long, covered with light gray short soft hairs, with 15-20 flowers in each inflorescence; flowers are 5-some; bracts and calyx are densely covered with light gray short soft hairs, and bracts, bracteoles and sepals are the same shape; calyx is oblong-ovate (about 2mm long and 1mm wide), with obtuse apex and no glands at the base inside; corolla is white, high-footed saucer-shaped, covered with light gray fine soft hairs on the outside, and covered with long soft hairs on the inside below the stamens. The corolla is simple cylindrical, about 6mm long, swollen above the middle, and the corolla lobes are mortise-round, acute, and covered to the left; stamens are born in the throat of the corolla tube; ovary consists of 2 free carpels, glabrous, ovules 3 in each locule, 2 rows, style filiform, stigma oblong, covered with hairs. Flowering period is September.

[Habitat distribution] Ecological environment: Grown in dense forests in mountains at an altitude of 1950m.
