【Functions and indications】 Clears away heat, removes wind, promotes the flow of dampness, reduces swelling and detoxifies. Treat wind-heat cold, jaundice, dysentery, gastritis, abdominal distension, gonorrhea, carbuncle, dermatitis, and eczema.

[Usage and Dosage] For oral use: decocted in water, 3 to 5 qian; or made into powder. For external use: mash and apply or decoct in water for washing.
