The scape is stout with several branches; the racemes are sparse; the bracts are very small and broadly ovate; the middle sepal is narrowly spoon-shaped, about 3cm long and 6mm wide, red with orange-yellow spots; the petals are the same color as the middle sepal, but shorter; the lateral sepals are oblong, about 3.5cm long and 12mm wide, with obtuse apex, narrow base, wavy edges, small lip, yellow-white with bright red stripes, lateral lobes nearly circular, erect, middle lobe ovate-oblong, with 2 semicircular calluses on the lip disc; spur is oblong-conical, about 4mm long and 2mm wide, with 4 pollen blocks in 2 pairs. Capsule oval. Flowering period is from April to June.
