【Original morphology】 Plant height 22-35cm. The rhizome is short and erect, sparsely covered with hairy lanceolate scales. Leaves are clustered; petiole is 10-18cm long, straw color, densely covered with multicellular transparent long hairs at the base, slightly short hairs upward; leaf blade is herbaceous, lanceolate, 15-25cm long, 4-7cm wide, with sparse needle-like hairs along the veins above, dense short hairs below, gradually pointed at the apex, once pinnate; pinnae are spreading, sessile, more or less fused with the rachis upward, with obtuse apex, one pair of pinnae at the base shortened, the middle one 2-3.5cm long, about 1.5cm wide, entire or shallowly wavy; rachis is raised below, with a shallow longitudinal groove above, densely covered with needle-like hairs; there are 3-5 pairs of veins, obliquely upward, with bifurcated lateral veins, the base pair of lateral veins between two adjacent groups of veins are connected to form a triangular mesh on both sides of the midrib, the base pair emerges from above the base of the midrib, and the upper veins extend to the leaf edge. The sori are linear and borne dorsally on the lateral veins; there is no sori cover, and the top of the sporangium has a few upright short bristles. Spores oval, single-cleft.
