Bazaitian Chinese medicine efficacy

It also contains glucose, mannose, β-sitosterol, palmitic acid, vitamins, nonadecane, and 24-ethylcholesterol. The root bark contains 23 elements including zinc, manganese, iron and chromium.

Morinda officinalis tastes spicy and sweet; slightly warm in nature. It enters the kidney meridian and liver meridian. It has the effects of replenishing kidney yang, strengthening muscles and bones, and eliminating rheumatism. It is used to treat impotence and spermatorrhea, infertility due to uterine coldness, irregular menstruation, cold pain in the lower abdomen, rheumatic pain, and weakness of muscles and bones.

Side effects of Chinese medicine Morinda officinalis

Morinda officinalis is a yang-tonifying medicine. It may have certain side effects for people with yin deficiency and hyperactivity of fire, so it should be taken under the guidance of a doctor. Any disease with intense fire in the body, red stool, bitter taste in the mouth, red and painful eyes, irritability, thirst, dry and constipated stool should be avoided with salt. It is forbidden to use if the following four conditions occur: excessive fire leading to spermatorrhea, deficiency of yin and water, difficulty in urination, and dryness of mouth and tongue.

Preparation method

1. First, clean the lean pork and slice it for later use;

2. Wash Cordyceps sinensis and Morinda officinalis separately and wrap them with gauze;

3. Add appropriate amount of water to the casserole, put in pork slices and medicine bag, and cook over low heat for about 1 hour;
