1. Anti-cancer effect

The ID50 of Tianshan Snow Lotus bioalkali on L7712 cancer cell DNA synthesis is 5l.7g/ml. Total biotin 80g/ml has a significant inhibitory effect on DNA, RNA and protein. The inhibition rate of 24-hour effect was above 80%. The inhibition of RNA synthesis may be template-damaging.

2. Effects on the cardiovascular system

(1) Both total alkaloids and ethanol extracts of Saussurea involucrata can reduce the permeability of blood vessels in the skin of rabbits, with a strong effect.
