Walnut kernel porridge (suitable for yang deficiency constipation): 30 grams of walnut kernels, grind into a paste, add 50 ml of hot water, mix well and filter the juice; cook porridge with 50 grams of indica rice, add walnut juice after the rice is cooked and continue cooking, and eat hot when there is no walnut oil smell. 4. Glutinous rice porridge (suitable for yang deficiency diarrhea): 50 grams of glutinous rice, 250 ml of dog meat soup, simmer until it becomes a thin paste, add appropriate amount of pepper and MSG, and eat hot. 2. Avoid eating food Patients with stomach yang deficiency should avoid eating foods that are cold in nature, easily damage yang energy, or are greasy and difficult to digest, such as japonica rice, buckwheat, oats, tofu, pork, duck, pine nuts, peanuts, black fungus, bitter melon, wild rice stem, celery, winter melon, eggplant, water spinach, spinach, longan, banana, honey, etc. People with yang deficiency constipation should also avoid eating foods that are astringent and antidiarrheal and may aggravate constipation, such as lotus seeds, pomegranates, water chestnuts, black plums, glutinous rice, river shrimps, etc. People with yang deficiency diarrhea should also avoid eating foods that have a moisturizing and laxative effect, such as walnut kernels, sesame seeds, white fungus, sea cucumbers, shrimps, milk, rabbit meat, longan, peaches, radishes, etc. |
