The flesh behind the back teeth is swollen

The flesh behind the back teeth is swollen
Oral diseases in pregnant women are important for protecting dental health. In daily life, you should brush your teeth carefully and effectively and develop good eating habits. When dental problems occur due to many reasons, timely treatment and care are required. Many people have experienced swollen gums behind their back molars. When this happens, it will have some impact on dental health and life.

The way to relieve the swelling behind the back molars is to first make sure that it is only the swollen gums, there is no bleeding or pain in the gums, and there are no oral ulcers or the like. It is recommended to do it several hours after a meal, prepare a cup of light salt water, gargle, and keep your mouth clean. Take a spoonful of white sugar and put it in your mouth. Do not swallow or chew. Use your tongue to roll most of the sugar to the area where the gums are swollen. Lie on the bed, close your eyes and take a rest. Suck the swollen gums to press the gums and sugar tightly together. Wait for the saliva to slowly dissolve the sugar water and swallow the sugar juice into your stomach bit by bit. If you swallow sugar 1 to 2 more times in this way, will the swelling of your gums decrease a lot? This method uses the high osmotic effect of sugar to cause moisture in the gums to seep out, thereby achieving the purpose of eliminating gingival swelling.

Methods to protect oral health : teeth tapping method: first calm your mind and concentrate, close your mouth slightly, and then gently tap your upper and lower teeth against each other dozens of times. All teeth should be in contact. Do not use too much force to prevent biting your tongue. Regular teeth tapping can strengthen the teeth, prevent them from loosening and falling out, increase chewing power and promote digestive function. Gargling method: clench your teeth, hold something in your mouth, and use your cheeks and tongue to make movements, repeat dozens of times. When gargling, more saliva will be produced in your mouth. When your mouth is full of saliva, swallow it slowly in several times. At first, there may not be much saliva, but it will increase naturally over time. The main purpose of gargling is to produce more saliva in the oral cavity to aid digestion and clean the mouth, exercise the surrounding muscles, and make the cheeks fuller. Tongue movement method: Use the tongue to move back and forth in the mouth, outside the teeth, left and right, up and down. When the number of tongue movements increases, gargle more than ten times and swallow in one or several mouthfuls. Tongue exercises are effective in preventing and treating senile oral mucosal diseases and tongue atrophy. They can stimulate increased saliva secretion, moisturize the gastrointestinal tract, help the spleen and stomach function, and prevent bitter taste and bad breath.

Gum massage method: periodontal cleaning must be performed first. One method is to perform it while brushing your teeth. Press the bristles 45X onto the gums. The gums are temporarily ischemic due to the pressure. When the bristles are relaxed, the local blood vessels dilate and become congested. Repeat this several times to improve blood circulation and enhance resistance. Use your index finger to massage your gums. After rinsing your mouth, place your clean right index finger on the gingival mucosa, and rub up and down from the root to the crown and back and forth along the gums. Massage the upper and lower, left and right, inner and outer gums in turn for about a few minutes. By massaging the gums, blood circulation to the gum tissue is increased. It helps tissue metabolism, improves the resistance of periodontal tissue to external damage, and reduces the occurrence of periodontal diseases.
