How to store dried dandelions?

1. Select dandelions that grow well in the wild, dig them up with the roots using a hoe, and collect all the grass. If it is for eating, it is better to choose fresh and tender ones. When eating, remove the roots, pick them, wash them clean and then cook.

2. When digging, you can choose non-flowering dandelions or flowering dandelions according to the purpose. For medicinal purposes, generally choose those that have not bloomed, as their medicinal properties are better preserved, but those that bloom are also acceptable.
