2. Eliminate carbuncle and disperse nodules. Treat carbuncle, swelling, and ulcer caused by heat and toxins accumulating in muscles, with persistent high fever. It is effective for mastitis, can detoxify, disperse nodules and promote lactation. It can be taken orally or applied externally, and is often used together with honeysuckle. In addition, it can also be used with rhubarb and moutan bark to treat intestinal abscesses.

2. Antifungal: The water extract was diluted by test tube method at a ratio of 1:4, which had an inhibitory effect on Microsporum audouinensis, Trichophyton rubrum, etc.

3. Anti-tumor: Intraperitoneal injection of 30-40 mg/kg of dandelion hot water extract has an anti-tumor effect on mice with Ehrlich ascites carcinoma when given 11-20 days after subcutaneous inoculation, but is ineffective when given 1-10 days after inoculation. Its anti-tumor effect is similar to that of Lentinan, and is achieved through immune mechanisms. In addition, this product also has anti-gastric ulcer, choleretic and liver-protecting effects.

Edible Dandelion: Dandelion can be eaten raw, fried, made into soup, or sautéed, and has a unique flavor.

Eat raw: Wash the tender stems and leaves of dandelions, drain and dip them in the sauce. It has a slightly bitter taste, but is delicious, fragrant and refreshing.

Cold salad: blanch the washed dandelions in boiling water for 1 minute, drain and rinse with cold water. It can be served with chili oil, MSG, salt, sesame oil, vinegar, mashed garlic, etc., or it can be mixed into small dishes with different flavors according to your own taste.
