4. Contraindications of Wulingzhi: People with blood deficiency without blood stasis and pregnant women should use Wulingzhi with caution. "Bencao Jingshu" said: "Abdominal pain due to thin blood, amenorrhea due to blood deficiency, dizziness due to excessive blood loss after childbirth, pain due to heart deficiency and fire, and diseases without blood stasis are all to be avoided." Wulingzhi should not be used together with ginseng.
