What are the effects and functions of Geshanxiao

Ge Shan Xiao is a perennial herb of the Moroccan family. It has excellent effects of nourishing the skin and blood, strengthening the spleen and digesting food. 1. Excessive menstruation: 15g of Geshanxiao, 50g of small persimmon, 15g of small red ginseng, decocted in water and taken.

2. For malnutrition in children: Grind up Herba Geshanxiao, Herba Bitter-Ji Tuo, Herba Millettiae, Herba Houttuyniae, Herba Houttuyniae, and Herba Houttuyniae into powder, add Potato cotyledons, chicken gizzard lining, and steamed egg for oral administration.

3. Ascites due to liver cirrhosis: 15g each of Glechoma longituba, Sorghum gaoliang, Cockscomb root and Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae, decocted in water and taken orally.

4. Chronic gastritis: 30g each of Glechoma longituba and Aconitum carmichaelii, stewed with meat.

5. Impotence in young and middle-aged people: 20g each of Geshanxiao, Jiuniuzao and Jianfengqing, boiled in half with wine and half with water.

6. Nephritis edema: 20g each of Gynostemma pentaphyllum and Choucao chinensis, decocted in water and taken orally.

7. Corneal leukoplakia: Take appropriate amount of Geshanxiao and Dihuangwan, decoct in water and use for external washing.

8. Blood in stool: Ginseng root 30g, Yantuo 30g, grind into powder and take with warm water, 3g each time, 3 times a day.

9. Food stagnation and abdominal mass in children: decoct 30g of Geshanxiao in water, add sugar and drink as tea, three to five times a day.

10. Chronic stomach problems: 30g of Geshanxiao, 15g of Cistanche deserticola, 300g of pork, add seasoning and stew.

11. Stomach bloating due to food accumulation: Grind Geshanxiao and Wannianqiao into powder, swallow 5g each time.
