3. White turbidity. Stir-fry half a liang of Astragalus and one liang of Poria with salt, and grind them into powder. Take one coin each time.

4. Chlorosis and thirst (always accompanied by attacks of carbuncle). Use six liang of Astragalus, half of which is roasted raw and the other half is steamed on rice with salt water. Also use one liang of licorice, also half of which is used raw and the other half is roasted yellow. Grind the two medicines together. Take 2 qian each time, twice a day. It can also be decocted and taken. The name of this recipe is "Astragalus Liuyi Decoction".

5. Constipation in the elderly. Use half a liang of astragalus and tangerine peel and grind them into powder. Use another handful of hemp seeds, mash them, add water to knead out the juice, simmer until half dry, add a spoonful of white honey, boil again, add astragalus and tangerine peel powder, mix well and take. Two doses can help with bowel movements. Can be taken regularly.

6. Bloody. Grind equal parts of Astragalus and Coptis chinensis into powder, add batter and make into balls as big as mung beans. Take 30 pills each time.

7. Avoid showering. Use Astragalus and ginseng in equal parts and grind into powder. Also use four or five slices of radish, add two taels of honey, and after a slight moxibustion, dip it in the medicine powder and eat it, and take it with salt water.

8. Vomiting blood. Use 2.5 qian of Astragalus and 5 qian of Duckweed, grind them into powder. Take one coin each time, with ginger honey water.
