8. Sprinkle some roasted white sesame seeds and serve.

Material:

1 long burdock root, 1 handful of coriander, 1-2 cloves of garlic, fried burdock with spicy and vegetarian sauce

practice:

1. Peel the burdock, cut it into thick slices obliquely, and then soak it in water with some vinegar to prevent it from turning black.

2. Add some oil to the pot, drain the burdock, put it in, and fry it on low heat until the surface is golden brown. After removing from the pot, use oil-absorbing paper to absorb excess oil.

3. Chop the garlic cloves into minced garlic. Leave a little oil in the pot, put the minced garlic in, stir-fry over low heat until fragrant, add 1 spoon of light soy sauce, a little sugar, and half a teaspoon of vinegar, and mix well.

4. Chop the coriander, add the fried burdock, pour the sauce on it, drizzle some sesame oil, and mix well.
