Put the grapes in a stew cup, add 300 ml of water, put in the medicinal liquid, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for 25 minutes, and add rock sugar. Steamed Eel with Clematis Efficacy: Nourish the body and eliminate rheumatism. It is suitable for symptoms such as asthenia, bone steaming, rheumatic pain, intestinal wind, athlete's foot, and numbness of the limbs. Ingredients: 20 grams of Clematis, 1 eel (500 grams), 10 grams of cooking wine, 10 grams of vinegar, 10 grams of soy sauce, 20 grams of sugar, 5 grams of ginger, 10 grams of green onion, 3 grams of salt, 3 grams of chicken essence, 30 grams of chicken oil, and 3 grams of pepper. Preparation method: 1. Wash and chop the Clematis chinensis, put it into a pot, add 100 ml of water, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer for 25 minutes over low heat, turn off the heat, filter, collect the juice and set aside; slice the ginger and cut the green onion into sections; after slaughtering the eel, remove the gills, scales and intestines. 2. Put the eel in a basin, apply salt, soy sauce, chicken juice, vinegar, sugar, pepper, cooking wine, garlic and green onion, marinate for 30 minutes, remove the eel and put it in a plate, add chicken oil and medicinal liquid, steam in a steamer over high heat for 9 minutes. Wei Ling Xian Wan 1 Efficacy: Long-term use can ward off wind evil, regulate the Ying and Wei, soothe the three burners, blacken the beard and temples, strengthen the Qi and activate the blood circulation, keep the complexion light and strengthen the bones. Indications: Wind-toxicity in the kidneys, pain in the waist and legs.
