The flakes are about 1.5 mm thick, off-white, powdery, smooth on the surface, with fine pores, and the periderm is purple-black with a fishy smell. The outer periphery of the bone fragment is white, while the middle part is burnt brown. The genuine product will not have a white outer periphery. The holes in the bone fragment are large and mostly cracked, and some holes are filled with dark brown. In addition, you can also use the water test method to identify the authenticity of deer antler slices. Genuine deer antler slices do not deform when put into water, do not break when heated or stirred, and do not become soft or mushy when boiled. There are many ways to eat deer antlers. Friends who like to drink can soak some deer antlers in the wine, which is also a nourishing method.
