Due to some special experiences, Mr. Lu Xun had a great prejudice against traditional Chinese medicine, which was also due to Chinese medicine. For example, as he revealed in "My Father's Illness", the prescriptions prescribed by traditional Chinese medicine included "a pair of original crickets" and "ten stalks of Platycodon grandiflorum". Crickets all know about it, but not many people probably know about Platycodon grandiflorum. Since his father's illness was not cured, he finally came to the conclusion that "traditional Chinese medicine is an intentional or unintentional deception." In fact, Chinese medicine is indeed diverse, and many of them are unknown to the public. Here we will introduce one of them - Shengdi, and focus on how to eat it. Raw Rehmannia and Wolfberry Honey Efficacy: It can be used as an auxiliary diet therapy for dizziness caused by liver blood deficiency, excessive liver fire, anemia caused by irregular menstruation, and anemia after chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Avoid taking this medicine if you have abdominal distension or loose stools. Ingredients: 1 kg each of fresh Rehmannia glutinosa and fresh wolfberry, 100 g of honey. Preparation method: Add appropriate amount of water to fresh Rehmannia and fresh wolfberry to extract juice, or add water to boil the juice and remove the residue to concentrate it. Then add honey to the juice or concentrate and boil until it becomes a thin maltose state. Usage: Take 10-15 grams on an empty stomach every morning and evening, mixed with rice wine or boiled water. The above is the way to eat raw rehmannia. Although you may not be familiar with it before, I believe you will become familiar with it after eating it more, and raw rehmannia will become "cooked rehmannia". By the way, there really is a Chinese medicine called cooked rehmannia. It and raw rehmannia are almost the same brother. Friends who are interested can learn about it themselves. There are many other ways to eat raw land, and I will introduce them to you slowly when I have the chance. |
