The inflorescence is arranged in a panicle; the flowers are white, and the pedicels are less than 3 mm long; the corolla is tubular, with 5 lobes at the apex, and the lobes are obtuse; there are 5 stamens. The drupe is red. The heat shield is dark, oval, and about 5.4 mm long. There is one seed, which is oblong, has five edges, and the flesh is often attached to the surface.
